Legal and Program Terms

Classification:
Your employment classification (W-2 employee or independent contractor) and compensation terms will be specified in a written agreement before you begin work and will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Background Checks & Vetting:
Continued participation requires successful completion of our vetting process, which may include background checks by applying you consent to this process.
Insurance:
Specialists must maintain any insurance required by law or by our partner agreement. TeenyTidySeats may require you to be covered by your own liability insurance or be added to the company policy as an additional insured.
CPST Reimbursement:
Reimbursement is contingent on:
(a) successful completion of our internal training and certification requirements
(b) passing the official CPST exam
(c) the specialist being in good standing with TeenyTidySeats at the time of reimbursement.
TeenyTidySeats will provide reimbursement only upon receipt of proof of passing and any required receipts.
No Earnings Guarantees:
We do not guarantee earnings. Compensation depends on number of jobs, hours worked, and local demand. Any income examples on this site are illustrative only.
Brand Use & Revocation:
TeenyTidySeats retains all trademarks and brand materials. Use of the TeenyTidySeats name and marketing materials is expressly limited to certified specialists and may be revoked for non-compliance.
Not a Franchise:
This program is not a franchise offering. Participation does not confer franchisee rights. (If you later offer formal franchising, separate legal disclosures will apply.)

Agreement Required:
You must sign the TeenyTidySeats Specialist Agreement and any related policies before performing services. TeenyTidySeats recommends all applicants seek independent legal/tax advice before entering into any agreement.
